OVENS AND STOVES
Every home needs at least one kitchen oven for cooking food. An oven, in its simplest form, is a device used for heating food.
Ovens come in a range of types:
Electric Ovens
Electric ovens (also gas stoves) are kitchen appliances that use electricity as the energy source. Electric ovens are traditionally used for heating large amounts of food or slowly cooking food.
Gas Ovens
Gas Ovens (also gas stoves) are kitchen appliances that use gas as the primary energy source for cooking. They may also use electricity for other purposes, such as fan forced options, clock and oven timer options etc. Gas ovens are traditionally preferred over electric ovens due to their instant on / instant heating feature as opposed to electric ovens which may take some time to heat up to the desired oven temperature.
Microwave Ovens
Microwave ovens (microwaves) use electricity as their energy source to produce microwaves to actually heat the food. Microwaves are usually used for heating food (or drink) when you are in a hurry and just want quick heating or for food items that don't have a long heating or cooking time.
Comercial Ovens
Commercial ovens are those gas ovens that are design specifically for professional cooking environments. They have features such as; high reliability, scratch resistant and easy to clean surfaces.
Portable Stove
A portable stove is an small oven that is designed to be portable for environments where a stove can not be provided or for when you are on the road and access to a stove is unpredictable.

Specialty Ovens
Specialty ovens are those such as; pizza ovens, wall ovens, wood fired ovens, wood stoves, pot belly stove, cast iron stove and other gas stoves or electric stoves.
Best Ovens
The Internet provides an excellent opportunity when researching ovens and stoves that didn't exist in the past. You should decide, if you haven't already, which type of oven you require and then check out websites online that retail those type of ovens, then you should compare prices between them and any other options that are important to you. This should result in buying the best oven for your specific needs. Good luck!
